Served as Strategic Business Director for MEA region of the world’s leading IT Hardware Brand “Acer” for 1 year. Regional Managing Director for 8 years for Acer MEA region covering 65 countries including Pakistan, Gulf, Middle East, Turkey and whole of Africa. Extensive Financial, Operational and Business Management Experience in growing the Acer brand business with sustained profitability from 50 million USD to 850 million USD within a span of eight years. Strong network of contacts, regionally and internationally. Formerly General Controller for Acer IMETA region for 9 years responsible for Finance (reporting to head office, including statutory audit and preparation of audit pack), Human Resources, Logistics Operations and Administration. Extensive India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa experience covering equity, corporate and project finance. Experience in formation of JV, related due diligence in Turkey. Experience in setting subsidiaries, Representative offices in India and Saudi Arabia, Middle East.

Ms. Teeta Krishnamurthy is the Managing Director of M&M Marketing Management. She manages the firm’s administration and human resources related works. She takes care of client related business requirements and ensures that the resources are utilized in the most efficient manner. She was former Managing Director of M&M Al Menhali Auditing with over 13 years of experience in managing the firm.

Mr. Prabhakar David is a passionate Business Leader with a proven track record and had established himself as one of the top Sales Heads in the Retail and Commercial Banking domain in the UAE before venturing out on his own as a natural progression of a long and illustrious career path. He strongly believes in developing people and enjoys managing large sales teams – a critical aspect of running businesses such as a Direct Sales Agency. He is extensively experienced and has spent over 30 years in the UAE with over 20 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services including 16 years spent with the First Gulf Bank (Now known as First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) as Head of Sales for Retail Assets. He also headed the Banking Sales vertical for the Derby Group - the pioneers in Outsourced Sales in the UAE and had helped grow the business exponentially during his tenure. His past experiences with multi-national companies and large corporates in the non-banking domain (Emirates Airlines Group, Aramex, Empost, TNT and CEAT) has given him thorough market knowledge and helped him establish an extensive professional network within the UAE, GCC and Indian Subcontinent.

Mr. Prabhakar holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Madras (Madras Christian College), India and Certificates in Corporate Education in Marketing from the Melbourne Business School, Melbourne, Australia, and in Strategy in Action from Duke University.
